  2. Thank You!!! I don’t have a juicer… can most of the ‘juice’ recipes be done with blender?

    1. Yes… you can blend all the ingredients but with juicing you are only extracting the liquid and nutrients from the fruits/vegetables… which means that within a few minutes they are in you blood stream nourishing your cells… they do not need so much time to be digested to get to your blood stream… with blending you get all the fiber which means more work for your digestive system to break down the elements to get the nutrients out and then onto your blood stream…

Juicing a combination of 2 apples, 2 carrots, 2 brussel sprouts, 1/2 lemon and a small knob of ginger.
Also the following tea helped me alot when i had sinus congestion:

  3. I am a type 1 diabetic and am doing a juice diet to try and lower the overall intake of my insulin. Do you have any suggestions or information on anything to give me i am new at this and would love to learn

    1. Dear Hannah, thanks so much for your question.
Please be advice that i am not a doctor or professional when it comes to health issues. so please do ask your doctor.
All that i can find from research is to try to eat raw as much as your can…stay consistent with your cab intake… and juice greens (mostly greens)… i’d go with these ingredients and experiment:

apple- carrot- beets- lemon-kale-spinach-pomegranate- green pepper (all colors)- broccoli.

  4. Thanks cognitive dimension for your effort, please I want recipe for asherman syndrome and cervical stenosis, thanking for your kind response
