I wondered if the juice has to go through a “juicer” or if you can put the ingredients from your recipes in a blender or magic bullet and still be able to drink them? I don’t own a juicer.
You can definitely put the ingredients in a blender and drink them… you will get all the nutrition out of them but will also get the pulp/fiber… which is a good thing.. but the actual idea of juicing is to take away the fiber and just drink up all the nutrients that will be digested and absorbed easily and quicker without the pulp having to be digested… I do recommend you invest in a juicer if you are interested in going this route 🙂
